Christopher James Herring, Jr.

{November 10, 2015 - January 3, 2016}

Christopher James Herring, Jr., the infant son of Christopher James Herring, Sr. and Tiffany Leanne Stacy died Sunday, January 3, 2016 in the emergency room at Scotland County Hospital.

He was born on November 10, 2015 in Memphis.

Christopher was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Pamela Brown and Sarah Simmons; great grandmother, Loretta Slape, and an aunt, Ginger Yates.

He is survived by his parents; grandfather Jeff Herring; grandmother, Mary Hemingway;
Great Grandfather, William Stacy; aunt, Michell Sweezer; aunt, Sarah Stewart; uncle and aunt, John and Jessica Herring; uncle and aunt, Darrell and Evelyn Herring; uncle and aunt, Sheldon and Marie Herring; great aunt, Lois Robles; cousin, Benjamin Robles, Great Grandfather, Roger Case; and 14 cousins.

Funeral services are at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 9 at the Gerth Funeral Chapel with Dan Hite, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Memphis officiating. Burial will be in the Memphis Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the family.
