Justice G. Hoover, stillborn son of Mark and Melinda Hoover, was born on January 7, 2015 at Scotland County Hospital in Memphis.
He is survived by his parents; a sister and brother, Makaylee R. Hoover and Kylen L. Hoover, both of the home; grandparents, Alvin and Rosanna Garman of Memphis and Carl and Esther Hoover of New Holland, PA; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Gravesite services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, January 10, 2015 at the Meadowview Mennonite Church in northern Scotland County.
